Shipping

We ship locally as well as internationally. All goods are dispatched from Hong Kong.

Domestic Orders

For orders within Hong Kong, we dispatch by SF Express or JD Express. Transit time is normally within 24 hours. We normally dispatch an order within 2 working days from receiving the order, but this may extend to 3 working days during festive seasons.

International Orders

Taiwan

For orders to Taiwan, we dispatch by International Express Courier or SF Express. For shipping by SF Express shipping fee will need to be paid upon delivery. Transit time is normally 3-5 days.

China and Macau

For orders to China and Macau, we dispatch by International Express Courier or SF Express. For shipping by SF Express shipping fee will need to be paid upon delivery. Transit time is normally 5-8 days.

Japan, Korea, and Asia Pacific

For orders to Japan, Korea, and Asia Pacific countries, we dispatch by International Express Courier, and occasionally International Air Parcels and Surface Parcels for regions not covered by Courier services. Transit time for Courier is normally 5-8 days. Transit time for Air Parcels is normally 8-12 days. Transit time for Surface Parcels is significantly longer and is generally up to 50 days.

Australasia, Europe, and the Americas

For orders to Australasia, Europe, and the Americas, we dispatch by International Air Parcels, and occasionally Surface Parcels for heavier packages not covered by Air services. Transit time for Air Parcels is normally 8-12 days for Australasia, 10-15 days for Europe, and 12-18 days for the Americas. Transit time for Surface Parcels is significantly longer and is generally up to 50 days for Australasia, 65 days for Europe, and 80 days for the Americas.

International orders go out twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays and are normally dispatched within 5 working days from receiving the order, but this may extend to up to 10 working days during festive seasons.

Pickup

We welcome customers to collect their order at our store in Hong Kong. For local customers, simply choose 'Pickup' in the 'Delivery' selector during checkout. For internation customers, choose 'Ship' in the 'Delivery' selector then 'Pickup' in the 'Shipping' selector during checkout.

Customers who select store pickup when placing their orders are required to collect their ordered items at our shop premise within 30 days of receiving notification from us that the order is ready for pickup. Customer who is not able to collect his/her order within this timeframe must contact us and provide valid reason before the due date.

If a customer fails to collect his/her order within 45 days of receiving the pickup notification, we reserve the right to release the ordered item(s) in the respective order and sell to another customer after the due date. The customer is then required to select another merchandise of equal value or more should he/she makes his/her collection at a later date, with the difference in value payable at collection.

If a customer fails to collect his/her order within 60 days of receiving the pickup notification, the order will be regarded as abandoned and the ordered items will be disposed of and no refund will be given.
